Our Roots & Inspiration
Our story began with a profound understanding of the challenges and immense potential within the neurodivergent community. Our founder, Dan Harris, recognised a pressing need for dedicated support and advocacy.
He saw the unique strengths that neurodivergent minds bring to the world and felt a deep calling to help bridge the gaps that often prevent these brilliant individuals from flourishing.
The initial spark for Neurodiversity in Business was born from a simple yet powerful purpose: to create a sustainable initiative that would genuinely make our community a better place to live for everyone, celebrating every mind.
