Looking beyond the label celebrates individuality of neurodivergent people as a means of understanding how to provide better support in the workplace. It highlights the importance of recognising that every neurodivergent individual is a unique culmination of their lived experiences and that no two are the same.

The NiB Conference has grown year after year to become the largest and most impactful event in the neurodiversity space, bringing together voices from across industries, communities, and lived experiences. Building on the success of previous conferences, our 2026 event will be our most ambitious yet, offering more opportunities to connect, collaborate, and champion neurodivergent talent. This is not just a conference, but a movement that continues to shape workplaces and society for the better

We invite members to submit proposals for workshop sessions to be delivered on the day. If you or your organisation are interested in facilitating a workshop
All submissions will be reviewed based on content, outcomes, and alignment with the overall flow of sessions throughout the day.
