Professional Background
Julika is a seasoned system change leader, deeply anchored in strategy and transformation with 20+ years of experience in health and life sciences. For the Gates Foundation, Julika is responsible to up-and downstream coordination of the Foundation’s Local Vaccine Manufacturing (LVM) efforts. Previously, she was a Partner / MD at Accenture Strategy, and the Global Strategic Coordination Lead for COVAX, the world’s largest-ever public health response, which delivered almost 2 billion doses of COVID-19 vaccines to 146 countries and raised over USD 12 billion.
Connection to Neurodiversity
Many members of Julika’s family and social network are neurodivergent and she regularly writes and speaks about Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), the autism profile of her daughter.
Board/Trustee Role at NiB
Julika will be supporting NiB’s corporate membership’s portfolio.
Personal Interests:
Julika loves London’s food markets and theatre scene, and is about to go on a charity cycle ride to Paris to raise funds for the PDA Society.
