Current Role & Organisation: Chief Marketing Officer, Corpora.ai
About
Professional Background
David Pugh-Jones is Chief Marketing Officer at Corpora.ai, the world’s first AI-powered ‘research engine’, and a marketing leader with over 25 years’ experience, including a decade as Global Creative Strategy Director at Microsoft. He is a founding executive member, former Chairman, and current Trustee of Neurodiversity in Business, and has helped grow the organisation to over 1,000 corporate members, positioning neuroinclusion as a competitive advantage. He continues to advocate for positive change, shaping best practice and supporting pioneering research into the needs and experiences of neurodivergent professionals.
Connection to Neurodiversity
David was diagnosed with ADHD later in life, while his youngest son was diagnosed with Autism at just four years old and remained non-verbal until the age of seven. His personal journey led him to connect with Dan Harris long before NiB was founded, bonding over shared experiences and a determination to create brighter futures for their children. Together, they envisioned a world where neurodivergent people could enter the workplace free from barriers, with their unique talents recognised and celebrated.
Board/Trustee Role at NiB
As a Trustee, David draws on his experience working with C-suite leaders, his background in marketing and storytelling, and his hands-on experience managing neurodivergent individuals to help NiB influence inclusive leadership at the highest levels.
Personal Interests:
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, trail running, and playing golf. A lifelong supporter of West Ham United, he also loves socialising with friends, travelling, and discovering new food experiences.
