Professional Background
I began my career as a fashion illustrator and designer, which led to roles as a graphic designer and backend developer, working both independently and for advertising agencies worldwide. I later moved into programme and portfolio management, delivering digital products on a global scale, and currently mentor and coach professionals in technology to help them advance their career.
Connection to Neurodiversity
As a senior leader with over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors worldwide, I have mentored many neurodiverse individuals on navigating their careers successfully in challenging or discriminatory environments. I am excited to now be on the other side, driving change through my work with NiB.
