Professional Background
I have over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles across technology and professional services, including as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Aspire Technology Solutions, where I led the business through a period of rapid growth and private equity investment. I have also held leadership positions at IHS Markit and CERAWeek, with a focus on scaling organisations, operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
Connection to Neurodiversity
As a parent and professional, I have seen first-hand the importance of recognising and supporting neurodiverse strengths. I am committed to helping create more inclusive workplaces where individuals can thrive.
Board/Trustee Role at NiB
As a Trustee, I bring governance, financial oversight, and organisational scaling expertise to support Neurodiversity in Business’ mission. I aim to help ensure the charity can grow sustainably and deliver meaningful impact.
Personal Interests:
I enjoy travelling and exploring new places, with a particular fondness for snow and skiing. Having lived in four countries, I value the experiences of different cultures but feel most at home playing boardgames with friends and family.
